Peter O. Phillips,mas conocido como Pete Rock ( o Boy Wonder para los amigos....) nacido el 21 de junio 1970 en Mount Vernon en New york y es un influyente Productor y MC del panorama actual del Hip-HOP. Comenzó a principio de los 90,formando parte del legendario grupo Pete Rock & CL Smooth.Tras 5 años como grupo se separaron, Pete Rock continuo en solitario lanzando discos como Soul Survivor 1 y 2 (que subire en la siguiente entrada ),y también produciendo a diversos artistas como Ed O.G.,Rakim o Freddie Foxxx entre otros. si algun dia me preguntaran como productor de rap ¿como me gustaria hacer un disco ? sin duda uno de mis principales ejemplos e influencias serian los soul survivor 1 y 2 de pete rock. excelente disco. disfrutenlo
